With 20+ years in recruitment, I launched Rachel Zaoui in April 2019 in order to provide something different to the industry. My extensive experience, strong relationships and a wide network, means that I am able to provide bespoke and personal talent solutions. Trusted by clients and candidates, I build lasting relationships based on shared goals and values. As an independent operator, I adapt to the changing market and tailor services to your needs.

In 2002 my recruitment journey began and I quickly realised that being passionate about what you do is the key to success in recruitment . Specialising in Marketing and Digital recruitment, I established a strong reputation in the Media and Mobile industries. I was then approached by my largest client, Sky, to lead the recruitment for their Customer Marketing Group. I joined at a time that Sky was going through one of the first major digital transformations and was responsible for hiring the digital teams that drove a complete shift in consumer behaviour.

Following on from this I operated at Director and Managing Director level for a number of Marketing & Digital agencies specialising in the growth of multiple P&L’s, nurturing leadership teams, and making strategic appointments. With vast industry knowledge, I provide valuable consultancy to help clients and candidates achieve their goals.

I’m passionate about empowering female leaders in the Marketing & Digital space. My mission is to address the gender imbalance at CMO and CDO levels. I can provide diverse shortlists and collaborate with clients, who share this goal, to actively support gender equality.
